We think Theresa was born to lead a Human Resources department and we’re so glad she chose us. Who else would genuinely identify what “an honor it is to have such a personal connection to our people”?

She firmly believes people are the foundation of our business and if you’re reading down the list of “about us”, you might have picked up on a people-centric theme by now. Prior to Migis Hotel Group, Theresa worked as HR specialist in the tech industry as well as the American Red Cross and Cancer Community Center. Her focus is on caring for people through onboarding, compensation and benefits. Theresa takes pride in being a great listener and a proactive leader. She also administers all insurance and compensation plans and takes care of the legal and compliance policies. Theresa is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
