Purchased in 2007 by a group of investors, Migis Hotel Group's charge at the Inn At Ocean's Edge was to execute a significant remodel and repositioning of the property, evolving it from a quaint B&B to an attractive, modern boutique hotel capable of capturing a high rate to ensure profitability in a dynamic seasonal market. We facilitated the construction of a unique Infinity Edge pool as well as several additional buildings that would offer exceptional value to travelers seeking more luxurious accommodations. While the Inn is no longer owned by that same investment group, the new owners were impressed by our work and the performance of the business and opted to keep Migis Hotel Group managing the property.
Purchased by a group of investors in 2016, including several principals of Migis Hotel Group, Higgins Beach Inn was a popular yet tired coastal retreat. Endeavoring to reposition the property to afford travelers the best value while staying in the sought-after Higgins Beach summer colony, Migis Hotel Group facilitated a complete renovation of the property, ensuring all guest rooms had private bathrooms, while developing a new food & drink experience at it's on-site restaurant, Shade. Having successfully repositioned the property to a new demographic of travelers and diners, the Inn continues to serve as a hub for the local community while offering a more adventurous, family-friendly experience.
