While new to our team and the hospitality industry, Sara has extensive experience in accounting and management. Arriving to Migis Hotel Group in the summer of 2024, Sara jumped right into her role as the Director of Accounting with energy and enthusiasm. Her priorities are two-fold: prompt and accurate financial reporting for clients, as well as fostering a welcoming environment of personal growth for her team. “Facilitating an ethical and inclusive work culture allows for better collaboration and amazing results. This shared energy can and will create compassioned communities. But most importantly it creates a healthy self-worth for all.” We’re thrilled to have her problem-solving skills and look forward to working nimbly on all kinds of challenges with her on our team.
