Known for her problem-solving mindset and dedication to supporting the properties she serves, Kathy values the flexibility and collaboration of her role, especially being part of a team where her voice is heard and growth is encouraged.
Her unique blend of resilience, initiative, and community advocacy extends beyond work: she serves as the Community Service Director for the Saco Grange and as a board member of the Academy of Women Empowerment, where she helps lead programs that strengthen local communities.
